The large grassy area out front allows for any family games you wish to enjoy.

The backyard contains a large pond and a fire pit with seating for s'mores with family and friends.

There is a wrap-around patio on the main level with a gas grill, large hot tub, gas fire pit,

a dining table for 8, and more seating overlooking nature including 2 large lounge chairs.

On the front of the main deck you will also find a porch swing and covered area for rocking the day away!

On the far end of the main deck is a private deck leading to the two-person hot tub, which can also be accessed through the primary bedroom.

On the lower level there is more seating off of the basement and both bedrooms, one with seating and a gas fire pit, a large oval table

and the other with a table for 4 and two lounge chairs very conducive for an afternoon nap.
